If there’s a particular area you want support with, but you can’t see it listed above, that doesn’t mean we can’t help you. Our services are completely tailored to you, so if there’s something specific you want to know about, get in touch with the team to tell us more, and we’ll discuss how we can help you.
Our dedicated referral team will work with you to match you with the best therapist for your needs. From there, your hand-picked therapist will map out a therapy plan built around you.
How we can help you
We also offer some unique options for accessing therapy in different ways:
Ecotherapy
Sitting in a room face-to-face with a therapist can be a little daunting for some people. Ecotherapy is a pioneering part of the therapy world that focuses on the connection we have with nature and our environments. Sitting in a room face-to-face with a therapist can be a little daunting for some people. Normally ecotherapy involves outdoor activities in nature, with regular structured activity led by trained professionals.
If making your way to our centre for your sessions feels like something you may not be able to do easily or regularly, we can discuss virtual or phone-based therapy options. These sessions, conducted over a virtual meeting or over the phone, can provide a more accessible, flexible and affordable alternative to face-to-face private counselling.
Virtual or phone-based therapy
How much does it cost?
The cost of our sessions completely depends on the kind of therapy you need, and the rates of the therapist you’re seeing. These can range quite a lot from therapist to therapist, so we don’t want to give you a concrete answer here only to tell you something different later.
If the cost of therapy is something you’re worried about, please do let your therapist know during your first appointment.
There are ways we can adjust your therapy plan with affordability in mind. For example, you could go for fortnightly or monthly sessions rather than weekly ones, or opt for group therapy rather than a private counselling session.
