· Name, Telephone Number, Email Address, any additional information you choose to submit on the contact form or email when enquiring about our services.
How we get the personal information and why we have it:
All the personal information we collect is provided to us directly by you through your enquiry to the centre. We use the information collected to determine which therapist who works with the Liverpool Psychotherapy and Counselling Centre may be best for you.
We may share the information you provide with any one of the therapists who work with us for them to make direct contact with you to discuss your needs and arrange an appointment.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information is that we have a legitimate interest.
How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored on our email system. We keep your email enquiry for 30 days and then we will then dispose of your information by deleting the emails.
